Mr. Roussell, dancing master, begs leave to inform the
public, that he will keep school three times weekly, in
town. He will teach twice a week, such dances as may be
most agreeable, viz. The Minuet, Jigg, Reel, Matelotte,
Allemande, the French, English, and Dutch steps, Hornpipes,
the tragic and comic dances for the stage; in short, every
dance requested by those who shall honour him with their
company, at his school. The third day will be employed in
teaching the Cotillion and English Country Dances. --Such
gentlemen and Ladies who do not choose to attend the school,
will be waited on at their own houses. He will also teach,
three times a week, at Mr. Lindsay's coffee-house, at the
Point. He proposes teaching, twice a week, at Mr.
Spurrier's taven, six miles from Elk-Ridge Landing, where
subscriptions are taken in, and as soon as a number
sufficient have subscribed, he intends opening his school
immediately, and flatters himself the public will have
reason to be satisfied with the endeavours of their most
