(By permission.) For the benefit of Mrs. Ryan. At the
Theatre in Baltimore, This evening, the 18th of March, 1783,
will be presented a tragedy, called The Grecian Daughter.
Evander, Mr. Heard; Dionysius, Mr. Wall; Melanthan, Mr.
Lewis; Phocian, Mr. Smith; Arcas, Mr. Church; Calippus, Mr.
Tilyard; Greek herald, Mr. Davids; Philotas, Mr. Ryan. And
the character of Euphrasia by Mrs. Ryan.
To which will be added, a new pantomime entertainment,
called Columbus; or, The Discovery of America--with
Harlequin Revels.
(New scenery, transparencies, and machinery)
Harlequin, Mr. Wall. Indians, Messrs. Atherton, Tilyard,
Davids, and Mrs. Parsons; Sailors, Messrs Patterson, Lewis,
Church, Jones, and Brown; Conjuror, Mr. Tilyard; Cooper, Mr.
Smith; Clown, Mr. Roussell Washer woman, Attendants, &c.
Mrs. Potter, Davids, smith &c. &c. Columbine, Mrs. Elm.
To conclude with a double hornpipe, by Messrs. Roussell and
Patterson.
Boxes, one dollar; pit, five shillings.
To begin precisely at six o'clock.
Tickets to be had at Mr. James Young's, near the Post
Office--at the Exchange Coffee-House, Fell's Point--and at
the office of the Theatre, where places for the boxes may be
taken, from ten to twelve o'clock every day.
