(By authority.) At the Theatre in Baltimore, this evening,
the 30th of May, 1783, will be presented a tragedy, called
George Barnwell.
George Barnwell, Mr. Wall Thorowgood, Mr. Lewis; Truman, Mr.
Smith; Uncle, Mr. Davids; [Blunt], Mr. Brown. Maria, Mrs.
Elm; Lucy, by a lady, (being her third appearance);
Millwood, Mrs. Ryan.
At the end of the play, a pantomime dance, called The
Wapping Landlady; or, Jack in Distress.
Jack, Mons. Roussel; Landlady, Mr. Wall; The other
characters by Messrs. Lewis, Davids, Smith, Jones, Mrs. Elm,
Mrs. Davids, Mrs. Potter, Mrs. Parsons, &c.
To which will be added, a farce, (never acted here) called
The Upholsterer; or, What News?
Quidnunc, Mr. Davids; Rover, Mr. Wall; Pamphlet, Mr. Heard;
Belmour, Mr. Church; Rovewell, Mr. Smith; Watchman, Mr.
Brown; Harriot, Mrs. Potter; Termagent, Mrs. Ryan.
Boxes, one dollar; pit, five shillings.
Tickets to be had at Mr. James Young's, near the Post
Office--at Mr. M'Candless's Tavern, Gay-Street--at the
Exchange Coffee-House, Fell's Point--and at the office of
the Theatre, where places for the boxes may be taken, from
ten to twelve o'clock every day.
Doors to be opened at six, and begin at seven.
