London.  The following droll Hand-Bill was distributed at a
late Masqued Ball at the Festino Rooms in Hanover Square,
London.  ISAAC FAC-TOTUM, Barber, Periwig-Maker, Parish-
Clerk, School-Master, Blacksmith, and Gran-Midwife.  Shaves
for a penny, cuts hair for two pence, Young ladies genteely
educated, Lamps lighted by the year or quarter.  Also psalm-
singing and horse-shoeing by the real maker.  Likewise makes
and mends all sorts of boots and shoes, teaches the hoboy
and jews harp, cuts corns, bleeds and blisters on the lowest
terms.
Cowtillions and other dances taught at home or abroad.
