We hear that a colonel and some officers in the service of his Christian Majesty, are arriv'd with proper warrants from London, to beat up for voluntiers in any part of this Kingdom to the number of 750, in order to fill up the Irish Regiments in France. Count Broglio, Embassador of France to the English Court, has been soliciting for this order these two years past. |
