On Thursday an extraordinary courier arriv'd from Naples at his excellency the Count de Montijo's, with an account, that the new viceroy of Sicily had already subdued all the fortresses in the Kingdom to his Neapolitan Majesty's obedience, excepting the citadel of Messina, which could not hold out any considerable time, and his excellency caus'd the Te Deum to be sung at his house in Great Ormaond street on that occasion. |
