London. . . July, 4. On Sunday morning next, at half an
hour after six o'clock, the Rev. Mr. Wesley Hall is to
preach in Moorfields and at five in the evening at
Kennington Common, for the benefit of the Negro School in
the province of Pennsylvania. Mr. Seward will be there, God
willing, to assist in the collection. Hymns of thanksgiving
are to be sung before and after sermon. And in the morning
the manne[r] of the children spending their time at the
orphan house in Georgia, and in the evening a letter from
Mr. Whitefield, shewing the fundamental error of a book
entitled The Whole Duty of Man are to be distributed to the
contributors.
