Mrs. Cowley, with her most respectful compliments, humbly
begs leave to acquaint the respectable gentlemen of the Army
and Navy--the travelling gentlemen, and the reputable
gentlemen, inhabitants of this town that next Monday their
will be an Assembly which will be continued for the season--
-Tickets for admittance to be had at the Assembly Room, at
the Crown Coffee-house, every Monday mornings each gentleman
paying three shillings at the receipt of his ticket.--No
gentleman to be admitted without. -- It is earnestly
requested that every gentleman will carefully deliver his
ticket at the door to the person appointed to received them.
-- She, with gratefulness of heart, acknowledges the honour
they have done her in their past favours, and their present
intentions to serve her--will make it her study to render
everything as agreeable as in her power--and flatters
herself she shall merit their future applause, and is, with
many thanks their very obliged humbler servant.
