WEALTH WITHOUT CONTENT.
Who' wealth was poured like a rolling tide,
Exceeds the miser's grasp on every side,
His wishes still would rise too late, to be supply'd.
Tho' countless bounds of orient pearls were strung,
And down his breast the costly baubles hung,

Envy will merit, as its shade perfue;
But like a shadow prove the substance true;
For envy'd wit, like sol eclips'd, makes known
Tho' opposing bodies grossness, not its own.
