By authority, This evening, at Mr. Stavers's Long Room, will
be read, an opera, call'd
Love in a Village.
The songs will be sung, by a person who has read and sung in
most of the great towns of america.
He personates all the characters, and enters into the
different humours or passions, as they change from one to
another throughout the opera.
The songs in this opera (of which there are sixty-nine) are
set by musick by the greatest masters.
Tickets for admission to be had at Mr. Stavers, and at the
Printing-Office.
Price half a dollar each.
