John Channing has imported in the Ship America, Capt.
Peters, directly from Bristol, and from London, via Boston,
the following articles, which he sells at his store, or at
his shop at the Locust Stump, and informs his customers that
he endeavours to sell as cheap for cash only, as is usually
sold at Providence, or at any shop in Newport, in which he
doubts not but he shall give entire satisfaction to all who
will favour him with their custom:---viz. . . . psalters . .
