London, July 25 . . . By a private letter from Parma we are
well assured, that the court is under the utmost
consternation, several bills being posted up in the publick
places of that city, signifying, that it was high time
foreigners should retire; that this is a point deserves
attention, and that if certain ears are deaf to this
proposition, they may possibly be awakned by the musick of
the Sicilian Vespers. The Infant Duke has promised a reward
of a thousand doubloons to whoever can discover the persons
concerned in pasting up those papers.
