Majesties was performed with the utmost magnificence,
excelling every thing of that kind that hath been in this
Kingdom before or any other in Europe: The procession was
made in the manner following; The herb-woman, with her
maid-servants, strewing sweet herbs, etc. The Dean's Beadle
of Westminster, with his Staff, The High Constable of
Westminster, with his Staff, in a scarlet cloak. A fife.
Drums. Drum-major. Trumpet. Kettle drums. Trumpets. The
Serjeant-Trumpet. The Six Clerks in Chancery, in gowns of
black flower'd satin, with black silk loops and tuffs upon
