There is a Negro man & a Negro boy to be sold as also the
house commonly called The Dancing School which has a large
oven fit for a baker, a good yard and a pump with very good
water in said yard; it is scituate in the Broad Way near the
Fort, in the city of New York.  Whoever incline to buy the
said Negroes or House may apply to John Barberie, merchant
in New-York.
