New York, August 10. The following lines were sent to the
printer hereof, by an unknown hand, with an earnest desire
to have them inserted in the New York Gazette, which we hope
may not be unacceptable to our readers. Revel. xviii, 11.
And the Merchants of the Earth shall weep and mourn over
