At a meeting of a considerable number of the Whig
inhabitants of this city and county, at Cape's Tavern, on
Wednesday evening the 17th instant, the following nomination
of Senators and Assemblymen, were unanimously agreed to; . .

and obnoxious Tories; for the purpose of promoting the
dancing assembly. . . [13 lines, invective against loyalists
who are] wantonly dancing on the graves of our brave
officers, and fellow citizens, who have fallen victims, to
the machinations of these new friends of theirs -- no, it
cannot be possible, honour, justice, and every principle
that should warm the hearts of men who have risked every
thing for their country, forbid the execution of such a
measure.
