[News from London, April 12.] Yesterday seventy-three chests
of silver, taken on board the Pierre-Joseph by his Majesty's
ship the Squirrel, was brought to the Bank, guarded by the
officers and crew of the said ship. As the treasure found in
this prize is the most to the captors that has been taken
this war, and they have met with speedy justice in
condemning her, the sailors attended the money with music
and colours flying, and the officers gave a handsom
entertainment at the fountain behind the Exchange. . .
