Run away from the subscriber, at West Chester, on Sunday the
21st of July last, a Negro fellow named Mingo who I'm told
has formerly gone by the name of Jim, he is a well made,
well looking Negro . . . [2 more lines] and plays tolerably
on the fiddle: He was born on Long-Island . . . [8 more
lines] Whoever takes up, and will secure the said fellow, so
that his master may have him again, shall receive forty
shillings reward, and all reasonable charges, from Isaac
Wilkins. Westchester, August 8, 1765.
