presented a comedy, called

No persons can, on any pretence whatsoever, be admitted
behind the scenes.
Tickets, without which no person can be admitted, are sold
at Mr. Gaine's in Hanover-Square, and of Mr. Lansdowne, at
Mr. Hayes's, in the area of the theatre, every morning from
nine till one, and after three every play night.
Places in the boxes may be taken of Mr. Broadbelt, at the
stage-door. Boxes 8s. Pit 5s. Gallery 3s.
To prevent accidents by carriages meeting, it is requested
that those coming to the house, may enter John-Street from
the Broad-Way, and returning, drive from thence down John-
Street, into Nassau-Street, or forwards to that known by the
name of Cart and Horse Street, as may be most convenient.
