By command of his Excellency the governor. For the
entertainment of the Right Worshipful the Grand Master, the
masters, wardens, and brethren of the Ancient and Honourable
society of Free and Accepted Masons; by the American
Company, at the Theatre in John-Street, on Monday the 27th
of March, inst. will be presented a comedy, never acted
there, call'd,
The Tender Husband,
With a prologue and epilogue, several Masons Songs, &c.
By particular desire, singing by Miss Hallam.
To which will be added, by command,
The Upholsterer; or What News?
Tickets for the boxes and the gallery, to be had at Hugh
Gaine's, in Hanover-Square, and of John Partridge, at the
Theatre:--Tickets for the pitt, will be delivered to the
bretheren, at Mr. Burns's. The company of all the brethren
in town, is earnestly requested, to meet at Burns's, at five
o'clock on the day of performance, and walk from thence in
procession, to the Theatre.
