A concert of music, vocal and instrumental, by the best
performers; at Mr. Burns's Room, on Friday the 21st instant,
for the benefit of Mr. Tuckey:
The vocal parts by Miss Wainwright, Miss Hallam, Miss Maria
Storer and Mr. Woolls.
To begin exactly at half an hour after six.
The gentlemen who perform in this concert, actuated by
sentiments of benevolence and humanity, have propos'd it, to
extricate Mr. Tuckey from his present difficulties: The same
motives, he humbly hopes, will recommend him to the
countenance and encouragement of the ladies and gentlemen,
who are fond of music, whose favours, as it will be his
pride to receive, so it will be his duty ever most
gratefully to acknowledge.
After the concert, by particular desire, there will be a
ball. Tickets to be had of Mr. Tuckey, near Mr. Burns's at
6s. each.
