Notice is hereby given, that to-morrow, the new built German
Evangelical Church in this city, is to be opened and
solemnly inaugurated. The service is to begin at ten
o'clock, and a sermon in the German language, to be preached
by the Revd. John Siegfred Gerock, A.M. called Minister of
the said church; and in the afternoon, an English sermon by
the Revd. John Christopher Hartwig. A couple of hymns,
translated in English, are to be sung, and distributed among
the hearers. Care shall be taken, that such gentlemen and
ladies, as may incline to favour them with their attendance,
shall be provided with proper seats, etc.
