Uncle, by Mr. Allyn, Trueman, by Mr. Morris, Blunt, by Mr.
Tomlinson, Maria, by Miss Hallam, Lucy, by Mrs. Harman,
Millwood, by Miss Cheer, Singing by Mr. Woolls, and Miss
Wainwright.
To which will be added, a comedy, in three acts, taken from
Shakespear's
Taming of the Shrew, call'd, Catharine and Petruchio,
Petruchio, by Mr. Hallam, Babtista, by Mr. Tomlinson,
Hortentio, by Mr. Douglass, Biondello, by Mr. Wall, Musick
Master, by Mr. Allyn, Taylor, by Mr. Henry, Grumio, by Mr.
Morris, Bianca, by Miss Storer, Curtis, by Mrs. Harman,
Catharine, by Miss Cheer.
To begin exactly at six o'clock. Vivant Rex & Regina. No
person on any pretence whatsoever, can be admitted behind
the scenes. Tickets, to be had at Mr. Gaine's, at the Bible
and Crown, in Hanover-Square, and at Mr. Hayes's; and of Mr.
Lansdown, at the theatre, every morning from nine till one,
and after three, every play night.
Mr. Douglass, in the most respectful manner, begs leave to
acquaint the gentleman, who did him the honour of a note
yesterday morning, desiring The Honest Yorkshireman, might
be substituted in the room of Catharine and Petruchio, that
he could not make the alteration without disobliging some
gentlemen, at whose request it was given out. Boxes, 8s.
