To be sold, at public vendue, on Monday the first day of
February next, at noon, at the Merchant's Coffee-House; The
noted tavern, having the sign of the Free-mason's arms, on
the west-side of the Broad-way, fronting the great square;
the house has twelve fire-places, two large dancing rooms,
and eight other good rooms, with every conveniency for the
