Instructions to a certain Admiral. [This follows a paragraph
on Admiral Keppel's lack of encounter with the French
fleet.]
You are, Sir, sent to make a gallant shew,
And let France see what great things we can do;
But should the French fleet come into your sight,
Change quick your courses, you are not to fight.
