The subscriber has opened a dancing school, in the house of
Mr. Ennis, at the corner of Stone-Street, where he also
teaches the noble science of defence, both in manner
following, viz. On every Monday from 9 to 12 in the
forenoon, he teaches fencing, and keeps a publick dance in
the evening: On Wednesdays and Fridays, fencing taught in
the forenoon, and dancing in the afternoon, at reasonable
rates respectively, by John Riwers.
N.B. Gentlemen and ladies who choose to be taught at their
own houses, shall be carefully waited upon by the said
Riwers on the other days of the week. He is to be spoke
with at the place of teaching.
