Carden Proctor, Watch-maker, having opened shop at the house
of Mr. Kinley, next to the City-Hall, facing Wall-street,
takes this method of informing his friends and customers, as
also all those who may favour him with their employ, that he
carries on the business of watch-making in all its branches:
