By permission of his Excellency the Governor. At the Theatre
in John-Street, this present evening, being the 10th of
April, will be presented, a tragedy, call'd,
Othello, Moor of Venice.
The part of Othello, to be attempted by a gentleman,
assisted by other gentlemen, in the characters of the Duke
and Senate of Venice. From a benevolent and generous design
of encouraging the Theatre, and relieving the performers
from some embarrassments in which they are involved. [With a
new set of scenes.]
An Italian song from La Bonu Figliuola, by Miss Hallam:

To which will be added, an opera in two acts, call'd,
Flora: or, Hob In The Well.
The boxes and pit will be laid together, at 8s.
