[News from London, Oct.8] Last night their Majesties were at
the Theatre Royal in Drury-Lane, to see the dramatic piece
of Cymon, and the Devil to Pay; the spectators saluted their
Majesties on their entrance, and on their leaving the
Theatre, with the warmest testimonies of affection.----The
song in the farce, Here's a good health to the King, and
send him a prosperous reign, &c. was received with the
greatest acclamations by the audience. And a voice from the
gallery, at the end of the song, echoed, Amen, and confusion
to the King of Spain, which produced a long and universal
plaudit.
