Theatre Royal in John-Street, on Friday next will be
presented the tragedy of
Othello, or the Moor of Venice.
Pronounced one of the best of Shakespear's plays.
Tickets to be had at the usual places. "The gentleman who
it is said is to appear in Othello, is eminent in tragedy,
and has figured much to his reputation in that distinguished
part some years ago in this city to a crouded audience, and
therefore much may be expected from his talents for the
charitable purpose, which occasions his intended
appearance."
