Gentlemen, You must have heard of two scandalous songs that
are handed about, it is your duty to enquire the author,
printer and publisher of them. Sometimes heavy half-witted
men get a knack of rhyming, but it is time to break them of
it, when they grow abusive, insolent and mischievous with
it.
These (Gentlemen) are some of the offences which are to
