Dispatch from London. July 30  [In a report that the
Imperial army has declar'd war against the Turks.] Publick
prayers are offer'd up with great fervour for the success of
the Imperial arms against the Turks.  The Cardinal de
Colonitz, Archbishop of this city, has given orders to ring
a certain bell at seven o'clock in the morning, and that
every body who shall hear it shall fall on their knees, . .
