Vienna, Octob. 6. N.S. The trumpeter who came hither on the
76th from the Elector of Bavaria, was accompanied by a
messenger from that Prince. . . [11 lines] There was also a
letter directed to the Queen, with the titles only of
Archduches of Austria and the Great Dutchess of Tuscany,
which for that reason the Count return'd to the trumpeter,
unopen'd but he kept the other papers, and detain'd both the
trumpeter and the messenger; . . . [14 lines] The Count de
Kevenhuller immediately dismiss'd both the trumpeter and the
