To be sold, a large well-built brick house, in Front-street,
almost opposite Grey's Alley, 21 feet front, three stories
high; with a good kitchen, vault, and necessary, and a large
commodious store, all in good repair; also a Fuller or
Dyer's press, and two new coppers, with all their utensils,
in good order; and a good organ, deemed to be one of the
neatest in America. . . [9 lines, also two tenements in
