Theatre.  By Authority.  By the American Company.
At the New Theatre, in Southwark, on Monday next, being the
2d of November, will be presented a tragedy, called 
The Roman Father.
The Roman Father by Mr. Hallam. Tullus Hostilius by Mr.
Douglass,  Publius by Mr. Goodman,  Valerius by Mr. Wall, 
1st Citizen by Mr. Morris,  2d Citizen by Mr. Byerley,  3d
Citizen by Mr. Woolls,  4th Citizen by Mr. Johnson,  Soldier
by Mr. Parker,  Valeria by Mrs. Henry,  Horatia by Miss
Hallam. In Act IV. An Ovation,  For Publius's Victory over
the Curiatii; in which will be sung A Solemn Hymn,  The
vocal parts by Mr. Woolls, -- Miss Storer, -- Mrs. Morris, -
- Mr. Parker, -- Miss Richardson, -- Mrs. Harman, &c. &c.
To which will be added, 
Midas.
Midas by Mr. Goodman,  Apollo by Mr. Woolls,  Jupiter by Mr.
Morris,  Sileno by Mr. Parker,  Damaetas by Mr. Wall,  Pan
by Mr. Byerley,  June by Mrs. Henry. Mysis by Mrs. Harman, 
Daphne by Mrs. Morris,  Nysa by Miss Storer.
   The doors to be opened at Four, and the Play to begin
exactly at six o'clock. --No person, on any account
whatsoever, can possibly be admitted behind the scenes.-- 
Places in the Boxes may be taken at the Theatre.--
Ladies and gentlemen will please to send their servants at
four o'clock.
   Tickets, without which no person can be admitted, are
sold at the bar of the Coffee-House. 
   Boxes, 7s.6d. Pit, 5s. Gallery, 3s.
