London, October 2. Last night his Royal Highness the Prince
of Wales gave a fine concert of musick, at his house in St.
James's Park, to several persons of distinction; and his
morning his Royal Highness set out for Hampton-Court.
We hear that Matthew Howard, Esq; one of the Directors of
the Bank, has obtained a license from the Office of
Ordinance, to display such fire-works as he shall think
proper on the evening of the day that the nuptials, between
his Highness the Prince of Orange and the Princess Royal of
Great Britain, shall be solemnized. . . [3 lines] and there
will be a ball for the ladies.
