Run away on the 23d instant from the Widow Ann Amos at
Poqueston, a Welsh servant man named Thomas Roberts, he is
marked on his right hand with the letters T.R. about 22
years of age, had short curl'd brown hair, but probably has
cut if off since he went away, is round visag'd, full-faced,
and fresh colour'd, has wide nostrils and small grey eyes,
is pretty tall and slim, speaks good English and Irish, is
much addicted to liquor, sings well, and sometimes alters
his voice like a woman. . . [6 lines, clothing] 'Tis
supposed he is gone towards York. Whoever takes up and
secures the said servant so that he may be had again, shall
have forty shillings reward and reasonable charges paid by
[signed] Ann Amos.
