This is to give notice, that Theobald Hackett, dancing-
master, lately come from England and Ireland, has open'd a
dancing-school in this city, at the house where Mr. Brownell
lately liv'd, in Second-street, where he will give due
attendance, and teach all sorts of fashionable English and
French dances, after the newest and politest manner, as
practised in London, Dublin and Paris, and will give young
ladies, gentlemen and children (that please to learn of him)
the most graceful carriage in dancing and gentile behaviour
in company, on all occasions, that possibly can be by any
dancing master whatsoever: he will teach by the month or
quarter, as reasonable as any good master.
N.B. If any be inclin'd to agree by the Great, or
privately, he will attend duly, at their own houses, or in
his room (out of school hours) and that with the utmost
discretion.
