Leipsick, July 22. O.S. We have receiv'd the following
advices, by a courier from Bohemia, who pass'd thro' this
city.
The 9th inst. Marshall Bellisle sent a trumpet with a
letter for Count de Konigsegg, importing, 'That the courier
he had sent to Paris was come back, and that according to
the dispatches he had receiv'd, he had leave to offer again
to deliver up Prague to the Austrian troops, upon condition
that the French army, and all the garrison of the town,
might retire with their artillery, ammunition, arms and
baggage; . . .
