It is said to the nine regiments of dragoons which are to be raised, a troop of light horse is to be added, which it to consist of 70 men, under the command of a lieutenant, with two serjeants, a trumpet, and a pair of drums. Each trooper is to be furnished with a fusee, a pistol, a broad sword, and a hatchet. |
