Rivington and Brown, at their store, opposite the London
Coffee-house, the corner of Market and Front-streets, have
imported in the last vessels from London, among a general
collection of ancient and modern writings, the following
entertaining new and esteemed books, viz. . . [19 lines]
Also a curious collection of musick, composed by the best
hands, consisting of solos, duets, concertos,sonatas, &c.
Clio and Euterpe, 3 vols, containing all the newest songs
set to musick, with cuts to each song, for the violin,
harpsichord, German flute; The Delightful Pocket Companion,
2 vols in which are the most celebrated Italian, English and
Scotch Tunes, curiously adapted for the German flute; Tutors
for the violin, harpsichord, German flute, guittar and
hautbay. Musical instruments, as violins and mutes,
strings, screw bows and bridges for ditto; Suchaat's,
Potter's and Hasse's German flutes, guittars, fifes, &c. &c.
