To the ladies of Pennsylvania, and the adjacent provinces.
Ladies, In my first address, I informed you of my design of
establishing a boarding school in this city, and just hinted
at a few, out of the many advantages arising from aboarding
school education. . . [19 lines] For those ladies who
incline to be taught writing, arithmetic, music, or dancing,
proper masters may be provided, to attend on those days
which, in the order of their different exercises, are
