Imported and to be sold by Michael Hillegas, at his house,
in Second-street, between Arch and Race-streets, a neat
assortment of printed musick, composed by the most eminent
masters, adapted for almost every instrument now in use;
among which is a great variety of overtures, concerto's,
quartett's, trio's, duett's, solo's, lessons, voluntaries,
hymns, songs, tutors, or books of instruction for beginners,
&c. Also a variety of very elegant spinnets, forte piano's,
guittars, violins with or without cases, German flutes,
hautboys, clarinets, common flutes and fifes; a neat organ,
with a very elegant mahogany case, fit either for a
gentleman's chamber, or a small church. Also a fresh stock
of violin strings, of the best sort, guittar, harpsichord
and spinnet wire, &c. &c. besides many articles in the
musical way, too tedious to mention. The said Hillegas has
also to lett out for a short lease, the east end of his
wharff, near the Public Landing in the Northern Liberties;
it is well situated either for a stave-yard or board-yard,
&c.
