County Philadelphia, April 29, 1777. To all officers of the
former Association of the County of Philadelphia, that are
not re-elected as officers of the present militia. Notice
is given, that they do forthwith return all the arms,
accoutrements, drums, colours and fifes, that they and their
companies have in their possession, that have been paid for
by the state of Pennsylvania, to the subscriber, or to any
one of the nearest sub-lieutenants of said county. [signed]
