To be sold by the subscriber, bookbinder, in Sterling-alley,
an elegant forti piano, with a mahogany foot and case,
likewise a good chamber organ, with four stops, which would
very well suit a small church, and will be sold cheap for
want of room to put it up. At the same place may be had, a
few reams of elephant paper, fit for large draughts and
maps; plus a large assortment of all kinds of pocket-books,
blank books, &c. by wholesale or retail. [signed] William

N.B. Ready money is given by said Mentz, for any quantity of
tanned and allum dressed sheep-skins. . .
