Capitulation of the islands of St. Christophers and Nevis,
between . . . Count de Grasse, Commander of his most
Christian Majesty's naval forces . . . and Thomas Fraser,
Brigadier-General, Commander of the troops of his Britannic
Majesty. 
  Art. 1.  The governor, the commander of the troops, the
regular officers and soldiers, the officers and inhabitants
of militia shall march thro' the breach on the fort of
Brimstone-hill with all the honors of war: drums beating,
colours flying, one mortar. . .
