Joseph and Wm. Russell, Inform the town and country, that
William Russell is just arrive from London, and has brought
over with him a large, neat, and compleat assortment of
English, India and hard-ware goods, suited to this place,
which he purchased from the first hands in England; they can
therefore afford, and will sell very cheap for ready money,
either by wholesale or retail, at their store, the sign of
the golden eagle, near the court-house, in Providence. . .
