Letters from Dublin inform, that the day after the bill for
limiting the duration of parliaments in that Kingdom arrived
there, and its success was made known, a prodigious number
of persons waited on his excellency the lord lieutenant, to
express their satisfaction on the occasion; the bells were
set to ringing throughout the city . . .
