By authority.  For the benefit of Mr. Morris.  By the
American Company, at the new theatre, in Southwark, this
present Thursday, the twenty-first of May, will be
presented, a comedy called 
The Strategem.
Archer by Mr. Hallam,  Aimwell by Mr. Douglass,  Sullen by
Mr. Wall,  Foigard by Mr. Allyn,  Freeman by Mr. Greville, 
Scrub by Mr. Morris,  Gibbet by Mr. Woolls,  Boniface by Mr.
Tomlinson,  Hounslow by Mr. Mathews,  Bagshot by Mr. Platt, 
Dorinda by Miss Hallam,  Lady Bountiful by Mrs. Harman, 
Cherry by Mrs. Morris,  Gipsey by Mrs. Wall,  Mrs. Sullen by
Miss Cheer.
With entertainments, viz. End of act IV, Betsey wilt thou
gang wa me, a Scots song, by Miss Wainwright.  After the
play, Chearful Virgins, by Mr. Woolls.  Dancing by Mr.
Mathews.
To which will be added, never acted in America, a farce of
two acts, called 
Don Quixote in England.

Guzzel by Mr. Douglass,  'Squire Badge by Mr. Wall,  Sir
Thomas by Mr. Tomlinson,  Fairlove by Mr. Greville,  John by

Dorothea (with a song) by Miss Wainwright.
