To the Lovers of Musick. John Gualdo proposes to teach
musick to a few ladies and gentlemen, either at his house in
Front Street, near the bank meeting, or at their place of
abode; likewise will wait upon gentlemen and ladies in the
country, provided their habitation is not too far off. The
instruments which he intends to teach are the violin, German
flute, guittar and mandolin, & engages to teach to play
those instruments with expedition by an easy method peculiar
to himself. Hopes the public will give encouragement to his
undertaking, as the gain is to serve mostly for discharging
the debts which should have been settled before now had he
not sustained too many losses last year. Dec. 15.
